Truthfully, the whole loan application process went very smoothly and I couldn't be happier about it. I worked with Kevin Retcher directly, the president of First Meridian Mortgage, to find a very competitive rate that after a lot of searching could not be beat by any other lenders. Kevin definitely knows how to sell his products, and will talk your ear off, but he is also very honest and a good guy. As a first-time home buyer, I would have appreciated some more succinct explanations to my questions, but after some persistence, I got down to the answer I was looking for. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience with First Meridian Mortgage. I will definitely be working with them again in the future, and would recommend them to others.

Great Company! Kevin and his team were very helpful throughout the entire process. This was my husband's and I first home, so we had lots of questions. Kevin was happy to go over anything we wanted and answer any questions or concerns we had, making the process easy and less stressful. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a loan/insurance. Great experience!

Over the past 12 years I have refinanced my home as mortgage rates declined. Kevin was nothing short of amazing for us. He helped us as a real estate agent as well as help us with our loan. He surpassed our expectations. His knowledge of the market place as well as his experience in looking at homes really helped in narrowing down homes that we visited. His made time for us and was very flexible with our schedules. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and Elizabeth (Kevin's loan processor). I wish we could give more than 5 stars but that's all we are allowed to give.
